Results of the Treasure Coast Casters Junior Division Tournament

September 21, 2014

Today we held out scheduled from shore tournament for the Junior Division of the Treasure Coast Casters.  We had beautiful weather and were very happy that the rain held off until after the tournament.  We would like to welcome Brexton Hager, Talia Montalvo & William Russakis to our group.

The tournament started with an almost high tide and it had just started to turn around as the tournament finished up.  We did see manatee's. schools of bait and birds following the bait.  Nicholas Rosario was the first to the table with a 2lb. 5oz. jack.  He also had two catfish.  Michael Rochedieu was next with a lane snapper followed by Rayley Sheltra with a sheepshead.  Brexton Hager caught a 1lb. 1oz. Spanish mackerel and so did Cameron Hicks.  Brooke Adams had a mutton snapper and Troy Daher had two puffer fish.  Brayden Adams had a puffer and so did Dean Buxton.  Jayden Groothouse finished out the day with a very nice 1lb. 15oz. redfish.  All fish from the tournament were released.

Our next tournament will be on November 16th.
