Results of the Treasure Coast Casters Junior Division From Shore Tournament

What nice weather we had for today's from shore tournament.  The only draw back was all the love bugs!  We had a smaller than normal group for today's tournament - I think the impending weather may have changed the minds of a few parents but, we got the tournament in with no rain or lighting.
We would like to welcome Dominic & Phillip DiMarco, Braden & Breanna Elmer and Jake Lee to our group.  We had a total of 18 fish that were caught and released and the puffer was the fish of the day.  One of the more notable catches was a 1lb. 10oz. mutton snapper caught by Phillip DiMarco. We had 2 catfish, 1 hornbelly, 3 snapper and 12 puffers brought to the table.
1st Place - Thomas Parramore - Fairlawn Elem. - 2nd grade - Ft. Pierce
2nd Place - Jake Lee - Liberty Baptist - 4th grade - Ft. Pierce
3rd Place - Kalen Kneip - Bayshore Elem. - 5th grade - Port St Lucie
Biggest fish went to Phillip Dimarco for his 1lb. 10oz. mutton snapper.  Phillip is in the 4th grade at Palm Pointe in Port St. Lucie.
All of the new TCC's received a fishing towel that was donated by Pat & Gwen.  Along with the trophies and medals they all received goodie bags that had D.O.A. Lures items in it along with some items donated by Pat & Gwen.  A BIG THANK YOU to D.O.A. Lures for sponsoring the tournament.
Our next from shore tournament will be on October 18th!
See you then!
